It was Xuzhu's original idea to put up a site for the gang. This was made possible back in 2001. They called themselves the ma-porma hunks, but due to inactivity, hate mails, virus attacks and lack of response from the audience the site collapsed.

In late 2002, the addition of LiuMaoHsing, paved the way of an era reborn. Together with the remaining members they continued what was started. He made alot of revisions including junking the so-called hunk wannabee notion although some still want to stay oldschool referring to Junrey and his urbanhunk nick.

December of 2002, the first Elysium was launched in the internet. Elysium is no longer limited to certain people, with the increasing members, we decided to open our doors and accommodate. You are cordially invited to join and be part of this growing community. Technology magnifies the abilities that make us unique. The ability to think, to articulate our thoughts, to work together and to act on those thoughts. We aim to portray technology in everyday life and business. As individuals, we combine our skills as one, to produce ambitious yet innovative ideas.

The original group was composed mostly of Commerce students from the University of San Carlos Main and two of them came from Don Bosco Technology Center boys town Cebu.

We have learned that success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached but by the obstacles which we have to overcome while trying to succeed. Astig maging Pinoy!
